Our Projects
Cambodia Project – Since 2010
NETSCO has developed more than 1,000 hectares of industrial and agricultural plantations in Snoul District, Kratié Province, Cambodia. Since its establishment in 2010, the plantation areas have been fully cultivated and are currently producing natural rubber latex for both domestic and international markets.
Nha Bich Project, Dong Nai Province – Since 2019
A 250-hectare tissue-cultured banana plantation located in Minh Lap 3 Hamlet, Nha Bich Commune, Dong Nai Province, developed to serve the export market with high-quality Cavendish bananas.
NETSCO began researching and developing banana export operations in 2014. Starting with only 1–2 export containers per week, the company has expanded to 50–60 containers weekly during peak seasons, with an estimated annual export volume exceeding 15,000 tons.
Among various banana varieties, green Cavendish bananas — especially the disease-resistant S126 variety — have become the company’s primary export product due to strong international market demand.
The Southeast and Southwest regions of Vietnam provide favorable soil and climate conditions for year-round banana cultivation. In addition, Vietnam’s port logistics costs are significantly lower compared to many exporting countries, creating strong competitive advantages for intensive banana farming combined with modern agricultural technologies, professional branding, and large-scale cultivation.
This development not only improves export efficiency but also creates stable employment opportunities for local communities.
Certifications & Standards
NETSCO’s Cavendish bananas are cultivated according to VietGAP standards, with transparent farming processes and full product traceability. In the future, the company aims to achieve GlobalG.A.P. certification to further strengthen its international competitiveness.
Sustainable Development
By applying disease-resistant banana varieties (S126) and advanced farming techniques, NETSCO is committed to long-term sustainable agricultural development.
At the same time, the company continues to expand more than 1,000 hectares of rubber plantations with key varieties including RRIV1, RRIV114, PB260, and Lai Hoa. Supported by suitable cultivation conditions and strictly managed harvesting processes, annual production reaches approximately 2,800–3,100 tons of liquid latex and 400–500 tons of dry rubber, serving both domestic and international markets.

In addition to agricultural production, NETSCO provides logistics and supply chain management services to optimize packaging, storage, and transportation processes.
